An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Nurse to join the team at Resthaven based at head office in Wayville!
Reporting to the Residential Funding and Accommodation Manager, you will be a collaborative leader working with Resthaven’s Residential site clinical teams by mentoring and assisting in the management of AN-ACC funding. This will involve you to be able to identify opportunities to optimise funding in line with the residents’ assessed needs through proactive review process, to identify areas of incorrect or inconsistent funding classifications through auditing of current residential aged care funding and resident clinical profiles.
