An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Coordinator to join our Retirement living team. This position is located across multiple Retirement living locations.   A car is included as part of salary packaging options.

 

This is a new role and is a great opportunity for someone with experience in case management wanting to undertake the next career step working across retirement living and community services. This is a permanent full-time opportunity! 

 

About you 

You will be responsible for providing information to existing and potential new clients, promoting a range of services to support people who wish to access services through government funded services or privately funded services.

You will have: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a case management role 

  • Prior experience in community aged care management or business management  

  • Understanding of Home Care Package Management 

  • Excellent industry knowledge of the home care industry and Aged Care Quality and Safety standards 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, care delivery software and mobile technology
