An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Clerical Reliever to join our team in Community Services, working across all our metropolitan and regional sites.   

If you like variety in your role and have a focus on providing high quality customer service for all clerical and administrative duties, then this is the role for you. 

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, you must hold a current driver’s licence and have use of an appropriate vehicle for metropolitan sites, we will provide a fleet vehicle for regional travel.

You will have: 

• In depth knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles  

• Proficient use of MS Office suite including intermediate Word and mail merge 

• Minimum typing speed of 60wpm 

• Outstanding customer service skills 

• Willingness to travel to all sites including regional 

• Excellent time management and organisational skills 

• Empathy with older people
