Health

It is important to maintain your health and wellbeing throughout your lifetime.  Incorporating exercise, a healthy diet, preventative health checks, sleep management, managing mental health issues, along with finding ways to relax and unwind, are all important. 

To support your general health, Resthaven offers:

  • A quit smoking rebate to assist you with the cost of a medically managed quit program.

Physical Wellbeing

Research shows that our physical wellbeing has an impact on our mental wellbeing. To help support your physical wellbeing, our Health and Wellbeing Program includes:

  • A health and wellness program, providing practical and simple tools to use in the workplace
  • A partnership with EFM Health Clubs, involving a 20% discount on your gym membership
  • Resthaven teams in the City to Bay and Blue Lake community fun runs
  • An early intervention physiotherapy program consisting of four visits per financial year for any non–work related injuries or conditions.

Mental Wellbeing

Resthaven’s Mental Wellbeing Program includes an employee assistance program via Access Programs, offering free, confidential counselling to you and your direct family members.
