The Aged Care Act 2024 will come into effect on 1 November 2025. This landmark legislation introduces a comprehensive reform of the aged care sector, establishing a new regulatory framework that emphasises person-centred care, client rights, and enhanced quality standards for all approved providers.

In alignment with these significant changes, Resthaven is undertaking a strategic restructure of our community services operations to ensure full compliance with the new legislative requirements and future service delivery models.
