Residential Support Officer

As a Residential Support Officer, you will play a key role in linking the various areas of aged care service to support congruency and continuous quality improvement across the site. With your keen eye for detail and a mindset focused on improvement, you’ll work closely under the guidance of the Manager Residential Services to ensure resident survey completion, compliance with aged care legislation and support best practice in daily operations.

You’ll engage directly with residents and staff, building strong connections as you work across teams. If you’re a people person who thrives in a collaborative environment and can also manage your workload effectively, this role offers the perfect balance.

Essential Criteria: 

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Suites and administration systems.  
  • Strong technical skills in operating and database management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and in a team environment 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
