We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a Project Coordinator background to join our Clinical team based at our head office location at Wayville!

Reporting to the Executive Manager Clinical Governance and Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for the provision of secretarial services to the Executive Manager and the Senior Manager Clinical Services as well as coordinating projects to support functions in the Clinical Governance Team.  plans.  This is a permanent full-time opportunity and will suit people with a strong background in Executive Assistant/project coordination roles looking to grow their career in one of the largest aged care providers in South Australia!  You may be required to work outside of standard working hours; a driver’s licence will be essential.

Essential criteria:

  • A current driver’s license is essential.
  • Proven coordination skills and experience to effectively support projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop project documentation.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively support and affect change with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a consultative manner, establish and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated high level communication skills to produce professionally written documents and reports.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to plan and set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency across Microsoft suite of packages.
  • Ability to communicate effective both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven experience providing a confidential secretarial and administrative support service.
  • Ability to work in a confidential manner.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to undertake a diverse set of tasks.
