This is role is being offered as a full-time 6 month fixed term opportunity where you will work to support our Care Partner's. Your professionalism and care in answering enquiries from staff and clients will bring personal satisfaction; being part of a positive and respectful workplace.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provision of general clerical and administrative support to Care Partners
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service by assisting visitors and clients by handling inquiries and providing information promptly
  • Responding to client queries regarding accounts
  • Maintain appointment calendar/s
  • Data entry and production of required corporate, program and government reports
  • Processing of accounts and payment of invoices through the Resthaven electronic payment software and AlayaCare
