As a Resthaven Administration Lead you will use your administration and leadership skills to support the day-to-day functioning of our Clerical Teams. You will also work with the relevant corporate teams to develop and mentor new and existing residential clerical staff through a program of training and support.

You will enjoy meeting new people as you travel between Resthaven sites, bringing your passion, skills and knowledge to each team – and picking up new skills along the way.

Essential Criteria: 

  • Ability to travel to all Resthaven Residential Aged Care homes (including Port Elliot, Murray Bridge and Mount Gambier). 
  • Demonstrated keyboard skills with a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products in particular word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
  • Provision of clerical services including cash handling.
  • Experience in the use of a multi-line switchboard and the provision of reception duties in an office environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and possess strong organisational skills.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to undertake a diverse set of tasks in a changing environment, maintain flexibility, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in rostering / scheduling
