As a Resthaven Administration Lead you will use your administration and leadership skills to support the day-to-day functioning of our Clerical Teams. 

You will enjoy meeting new people as you travel between Resthaven sites, bringing your passion, skills and knowledge to each team – and picking up new skills along the way.

Essential Criteria: 

• Ability to travel to all Resthaven Residential Aged Care homes (including Port Elliot, Murray Bridge and Mount Gambier). 
• Competent user of Microsoft Office Suites and computerised databases 
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and in a team environment 
• Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people 
• Experience in supervising or managing a group of people including giving feedback to employees as required
• A flexible attitude and willingness to learn new concepts and undertake a diverse set of tasks
• Have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of our clients.
