If you love balancing your clerical and administration talents with meeting new people, you will love an Administrative Assistant role with Resthaven’s Fleurieu Community Services team. This is a full-time permanent position, based in our Victor Harbour office.

There’s more to aged care operations than you might think, and you’ll enjoy the buzz in learning new systems and processes, having variety in your role, while working alongside dedicated and supportive colleagues.

As a central member of Fleurieu Community Services, your professionalism and care in answering enquiries from clients and their relatives is paramount. This diverse and fast paced role encompasses visitor management, reception and administrative duties. 


Essential Criteria 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook at an intermediate level
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner
  • Experience handling cash
  • Have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of our clients
  • Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
