Welcome the opportunity Resthaven brings!  Join our team based in Community Services as an Associate Provider Officer in this newly created important role focussed on the end-to-end coordination of our associated provider framework.  Bring your strong skills and expertise in administration and communication as the first point of contract in building and maintaining working relationships with our providers in Community Services. This would suit someone with a background in procurement.

What you will be doing:

You will be working with new and ongoing providers, building relationships with them and monitoring compliance as well as responding to incidents and ensuring regulatory compliance with documentation as well as other activities as directed.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in contract management, compliance coordination, procurement or a similar administrative role in a regulated environment.
  • Understanding of the aged care sector including relevant legislation and quality standards, or ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, deadlines and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with external providers, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in record keeping, documentation and data management.
