The Opportunity
Reporting to the ICT Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a range of ICT projects and system initiatives across the organisation.
Working closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, ICT and external vendors, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, supporting process improvement activities and ensuring projects continue to progress successfully. 

Key responsibilities will include:
• Facilitating workshops and eliciting business and system requirements 
• Producing business requirements, functional specifications and process maps 
• Managing and maintaining project backlogs, action registers and documentation 
• Supporting process analysis, optimisation and future-state design activities 
• Coordinating with vendors and following up on actions and deliverables 
• Supporting system implementations, upgrades, SIT and UAT activities 
• Tracking risks, issues, dependencies and escalating where required 
• Supporting go-live readiness and ensuring successful project outcomes. 

About You
You are an experienced Business Analyst or Systems Analyst who enjoys working across both business and technology teams and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within project environments 
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills 
• Experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications and process maps 
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, SIT and UAT activities 
• Exposure to Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2 or similar delivery frameworks 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a complex environment 
Experience within aged care, health, community services or not-for-profit environments will be highly regarded, as will formal Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP or IIBA.
