As a Resthaven Therapy Assistant, you will be rewarded on a daily basis, as you see the difference you make to each client's quality of life. Our Community site located at Elizabeth has a Fixed 12 months full-time opportunity for a community focused Therapy Assistant to join the team.

Working directly with our Allied Health team, you will assist clients by accompanying clients on walks, preparing equipment as required and assist clients in readiness for their appointments with the Allied Health team.

Role Requirements:

• Experience in assisting in the provision of therapy services for older people (desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to relate to a diverse group of people including clients, other staff and family members
• Have an empathetic nature and are committed to supporting the needs of older people
• Cert III in Allied Health Assistance or similar.
