We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Relieving Care Coordinator team as a Care Coordinator (relieving) on a permanent full-time basis. This role will see you work across all of our metropolitan and regional residential aged care homes in a relieving capacity as and when required, to cover Annual/Personal leave as well as to offer additional assistance to site teams as required. It is essential to have a driver's licence, and a motor vehicle is provided as part of salary packaging.

A little more about the role:

• Working collaboratively with the Manager Residential Services at our residential homes, you will provide high quality clinical care.
• Working in consultation with residents and their families to provide high quality resident centred care.
• Delivering professional standards of contemporary best practice nursing and care services at your allocated residential aged care home
• Ensuring effective and collaborative working arrangements with multidisciplinary teams
• Providing leadership to the nursing staff and personal care assistants

Essential Criteria:

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse 
• At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
• Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff to achieve organisational goals
• Previous leadership experience as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively 
• Able to recognise clinical risk and implement effective strategies
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• You have an understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to caring for older people
• Current Driving License and ability to travel across all sites is essential (including Port Elliot, Murray Bridge and Mount Gambier).
