As a Resthaven Coordinator Community Services, you’ll experience the satisfaction of supporting older people to remain living in their own homes, as you interact one-on-one with them to develop and manage care plans.
Your manager will take the time to get to know you and understand how you like to be supported as you take on this challenging role, which incorporates an on-call roster. With their guidance and support, you’ll feel confident in undertaking assessments and applying your knowledge of programs and services.
You will enjoy the mutual support and friendship of your team members and the dedicated home support workers you provide leadership to.

We currently have an opportunity for a Full-time permanent Coordinator to join the Team covering the Adelaide Hills & Barossa Valley Area.
Salary: $86,662.40 base + Salary sacrifice + Super + Option to MVA
