As a Resthaven Customer Intake Partner, Community Services, you will ensure that the customers goals are met in accordance with their identified needs and desired outcomes. The Customer Intake Partner is responsible for ensuring the services for each new client are consistent with Resthaven’s service model, culture and values. 

Resthaven Western Community Services at Woodville have a full-time fixed term  (12 month contract) position available for a Customer Intake Partner to join the team. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and complete a successful admission and on boarding of new clients via face to face and virtual settings
  • Meet Resthaven Sales KPIs
  • Establish an individual client budget that ensures clients are receiving effective and efficient services suited to their identified goals for support at home
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is achieved through the onboarding process
  • Maintain in-depth and up to date knowledge of available funding and community services offerings relevant to the care needs of new clients
  • Build and maintain a collaborative working relationships with the care partners, multi-disciplinary team and other stakeholders
  • Promotion of Resthaven Community Services
  • Provide information, advice and support to prospective clients and representatives
  • Assist clients to identify and develop their personal goals and aspirations for their personalised program and determine the most effective way to support the client to choose services to achieve their goals

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in a person-centred relationship focused role or relevant commercial business development
  • Utilise and maintain relevant sales tools to clearly demonstrate the health of the sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills including relationship-based outcome focused conversation
  • Well-developed decision making & analytical skills with proven ability to self-manage and prioritise workload
  • Ability to adhere to existing and developing process changes in line with funding/legislative change
