We have an exciting new position available at Resthaven for a Hospitality Services Manager!

Reporting to the Senior Manager Residential Services, this is a key role based in head office and supporting our Residential Services sites and Retirement Living.

This is a full-time permanent position and will suit candidates wanting to lead and innovate through hospitality services in aged care. Your experience and capabilities will contribute to key areas of Resthaven’s Hospitality Services and strongly impact business improvements. Have pride and satisfaction knowing that your professionalism and knowledge will positively impact the lives of older people.

 Essential Criteria:

  • Qualifications & Compliance:
    Holds relevant hospitality qualifications, Food Safety certification, and a Driver's License, with strong knowledge of WHS, aged care standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership & Service Development:
    Leads diverse teams and collaborates across services to deliver high-quality hospitality, drive innovation, and ensure consistent standards and operational excellence.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement:
    Oversees the provision of quality services using audits, feedback, and data to drive improvements and meet resident expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Effectively communicates and collaborates with residents, families, staff, and external partners to support service quality and sector innovation.
  • Planning & Project Management:
    Skilled in project delivery, flexible leadership, policy development, and risk management, with a strong focus on staff development and continuous improvement.
