We have a position become available to join the team as a Finance Officer in Accounts Payable on a full-time permanent basis! Join our team based at our modern head office, bring your wealth of experience and knowledge in accounts payable to a rewarding organisation focused on improving the lives of older people.

Reporting to the Manger Financial Operations, this role is responsible for timely and accurate processing of all creditor transactions and reconciliation of accounts.  This role will suit someone who is experienced in this field and can hit the ground running!

You will have:

• Knowledge of tax compliant invoices, ABN’s & GST
• Sound communication skills and customer engagement strategies to deal with a wide range of customers (internal and external)
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes including:
  • ▪ Intermediate to advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel
  • ▪ Intermediate to advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Word
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
