About the Role:

As a Home Support Worker, you will provide in-home support to elderly clients across the Fleurieu region. 

Duties may include:

• Domestic assistance including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundry
• Personal care support
• Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings
• Providing companionship and social support
• Monitoring and reporting client wellbeing concerns

What You’ll Need:

• Cert III in individual Support (or equivalent qualification) -Desirable but not essential
• Current driver’s licence -Essential
• Reliable registered insured vehicle -Essential
• Flexible availability Monday - Friday 
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
