Join our growing ICT team in the position of ICT Application Officer based at our modern head office.  Your excellent communication skills, experience and knowledge will be highly regarded in this position with a focus on providing level 2 support to the organisation, including all our systems, rostering, payroll, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint and Business Intelligence – Azure Databricks.  This is a full time 12-month contract opportunity.   Be part of an organisation committed to improving the quality of life of older people!

Responsibilities

• Providing support for systems including Alyacare, Page Up, Human Force, Epicore/Kofax, Preceda, AutumnCare/BestMed and MS office. 
• Support with maintenance and development of application integrations working with the Lead Integration Developer
• Assist with data extraction and ingestion workflows
• Provide support to the ICT service Desk for software application related issues
• Assist with projects and continuous improvement initiatives as directed

Essential Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
• Understanding of ICT Service Management Processes focusing on Level 2 ICT Support.
• Understanding of application integration principles.
• Understanding of reporting, data validation and presentation.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft family of integrated M365 applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Business users and ICT technical staff.
• Provision of a high-quality level of customer service.
• SQL writing skills.
• Ability to use and work with APIs provided by vendor solutions.
• Software documentation preparation.
• Documentation of Business and Technical Requirement Specifications.
