Hughes Recruitment Partners is proud to be partnering with Resthaven, a respected leader in the aged and community services sector in South Australia, to recruit an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join their ICT Program team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful digital transformation initiatives that support essential services and deliver real community impact.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, ICT Program, the ICT Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, ICT teams and vendors to analyse business processes, define requirements, and support the successful delivery of technology initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.

This role suits an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys stakeholder engagement, structured analysis, and contributing to projects from early discovery through to implementation and review.

Key responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Map and review current-state and future-state business processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital optimisation
  • Support user acceptance testing and coordinate stakeholder feedback
  • Contribute to change management, training support and post-implementation reviews

About you

You are a proactive and collaborative ICT Business Analyst with a strong track record of delivering high-quality analysis in complex environments. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and can confidently navigate both business and technical conversations.

You will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within ICT project environments
  • Strong experience in business process mapping and requirements documentation
  • Exposure to Agile or structured delivery methodologies
  • Involvement in testing, training and change transition activities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Awareness of data governance, records management and compliance requirements
  • Experience in aged care or community services will be highly regarded, as will experience contributing to intranet, document management or records management initiatives.
