Hughes Recruitment Partners is proud to be partnering with Resthaven, a respected leader in the aged and community services sector in South Australia, to recruit an experienced ICT Project Manager to join their ICT Program team.

Due to an internal promotion, this is an opportunity for an experienced PM to deliver complex, organisation-wide ICT projects that genuinely improve services and outcomes, within a values-driven and purpose-led environment.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, ICT Program, the ICT Project Manager will play a key role in delivering strategic technology initiatives aligned to Resthaven’s digital transformation roadmap. You will lead projects end-to-end, from business case development through to implementation and benefits realisation, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery capability across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead ICT projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring outcomes are embedded into business operations
• Establish and manage project governance, including steering committees and working groups
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and change control
• Facilitate business, functional and technical requirements with stakeholders
• Oversee solution design, delivery, testing and quality assurance
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders and the wider organisation

About you

You are a confident and delivery-focused ICT Project Manager with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to operate in complex organisational environments. You bring a collaborative leadership style, can manage competing priorities, and are comfortable driving change.

You will ideally bring:

• Significant experience delivering ICT and business change projects
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and organisational change
• Solid understanding of project management and change frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, ADKAR)
• Experience delivering cloud-based and enterprise ICT solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation
• You will manage critical clinical software upgrades, so experience within aged care, health, or human services is preferred.
