Join Resthaven as a Manager, Building and Property Services, based at our based at our modern head office at Wayville on the edge of the city and working across our extensive and varied property portfolio. This is a newly created role a Resthaven, providing a unique opportunity establish and build the property services portfolio.  Bring your diverse background experience in property management, along with you strong understanding of building operations and contractor management.  This is a permanent full-time opportunity, with the benefit of salary packaging a motor vehicle. Your experience and capabilities will help ensure you are contributing to improving the lives of older people!

  Essential requirements

  • 5 plus years’ experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance processes, and contractor management. Ability to coordinate small to medium scale capital works or refurbishment projects.
  • Knowledge of environmental or sustainability principles relevant to property operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office.
