  • Monitoring WHS performance, trends, risks and compliance outcomes
  • Developing and improving WHS systems, policies, audit programs and reporting frameworks
  • Partnering with operational teams to embed practical safety solutions across varied environments
  • Providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Promoting a culture of accountability, wellbeing and continuous improvement

About You

You’re someone who builds credibility through relationships, sound judgement and practical leadership.

You understand how to balance operational realities with legislative obligations and know how to influence leaders in a constructive and collaborative way.

You’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience in WHS and Injury Management
  • Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, workers compensation and injury management frameworks
  • Experience leading compliance, audit and continuous improvement programs
  • The ability to coach, influence and support leaders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability with a solutions focused mindset
  • Experience working across complex, multi site environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Relevant qualifications in WHS, Human Resources or a related discipline

Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
