Join Resthaven In the position of Payroll Officer based at our modern office at Wayville. You will be required to

  • Support all payroll processes for the team in a supportive environment
  • Check data on timesheets/attendance and associated reporting
  • Process Worker’s Compensation payments as advised by the Claims Administrator
  • Assist with monitoring new hires via the online recruitment module
  • Uphold confidentiality
  • Maintain employee files electronically

Essential Requirements

  • Detailed experience with Payroll preparation
  • Experience with Health Care Industry Awards
  • Extensive computer Payroll system exposure
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to construct and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word applications • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a consultative manner, establish and sustain effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
