We are seeking applications for Personal Care Assistants in a Permanent Part-Time capacity to work in our Relief Pool.

 Key Requirements & Conditions

 Availability

There is a required minimum of 4 shifts per fortnight; with up to 8 shifts per fortnight available, and:

• Must be available for shifts Monday to Friday
• Preference for morning shifts (07:00 – 15:00)

 Site Allocations are fixed and non-negotiable: You will be assigned to one of the following residential site groups:

• Northern: Craigmore / Paradise / Leabrook
• Central: Malvern / Mitcham / Westbourne Park
• Southern: Marion / Aberfoyle Park / Bellevue Heights

 Shift Allocation

• Your contract will outline set days and times. However, the specific site location may not be confirmed until the day of the shift.

Essential Criteria

• You have at least 6 months experience working in the role of Personal Care Assistant or similar
• Holding a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or a higher related qualification
• A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centred
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
