Join Resthaven in the newly created position of Recruitment and Onboarding Officer based at our modern office at Wayville. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.  Your strong communication and customer service skills will be essential to this role, along with your background in supporting high volume recruitment processes. About the opportunity

  • You will support recruitment processes for the team including phone screening, interview bookings, compliance checks, reference checks and clerical testing
  • Track recruitment data and assist with reporting
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the e-recruitment system including user management and trouble shooting and the maintenance of user support material
  • Support engagement initiatives that enhance staff satisfaction and retention

 

Essential Requirements

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work in a confidential manner and to exercise appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.
  • A customer service champion who is empathetic, approachable, and solutions focused.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive and people-focused mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience reporting on and analysing recruitment and human resources data.
  • Ability to support the systems administration of an e-Recruitment system.
  • Well-developed computer skills including proficiency in the use of an e-Recruitment system and the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Current drivers licence to enable travel to all Resthaven facilities including regional sites.
