As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will work closely with Program Managers across a diverse portfolio of residential, community and corporate services, providing expert recruitment advice and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions. This is a true business partnering role where you will influence hiring decisions, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to workforce outcomes across the organisation.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, candidate screening, interviews, assessment centres, reference checking, pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with Program Managers to understand workforce needs and provide advice on recruitment strategies and best practice selection processes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are managed in accordance with organisational policies, legislative requirements and best practice standards.
  • Analyse recruitment data and trends, providing regular reporting and insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
  • Represent Resthaven at employment expos, careers events and other workforce attraction activities.

About you

You are an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, solving workforce challenges and delivering a positive candidate experience. You bring a proactive and consultative approach, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience building effective stakeholder relationships and working in a business partnering environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using recruitment systems and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to regional sites as required.

Desirable

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Experience within aged care, health or community services.
  • Experience using PageUp or a similar applicant tracking system.
  • Knowledge of the current Aged Care Standards.
