Every Great Hire Starts with Great Coordination.

Behind every great aged care team is someone making sure the right people get through the door. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who is organised, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about the work behind the work. Someone who understands that in not-for-profit aged care, every placement matters.

The Role

This is a busy, varied, hands-on coordination role supporting multiple recruitment programs across multiple sites. You'll be the engine room of the recruitment function, keeping candidates moving, inboxes under control, compliance on track, and the whole operation running smoothly.

Reporting to a Senior Recruitment Business Partner, your days will involve:

  • Supporting a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding
  • Managing high-volume shared inboxes with speed and professionalism
  • Coordinating interviews, compliance checks, and recruitment activity across sites
  • Tracking milestones and keeping the recruitment process on course
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting governance requirements
  • Stepping in to cover your fellow coordinators when needed, because that's what great teams do

No two days look the same. If you thrive on variety, this one's for you.

About You

You bring order to busy environments, stay sharp on the details when things get hectic, and genuinely show up for your team when it counts.

You'll hit the ground running with:

  • Solid recruitment administration or coordination experience
  • The ability to juggle multiple programs without dropping the ball
  • Sharp communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Confidence navigating multiple systems and platforms (strong MS Suite skills essential)
  • PageUp experience? That's a genuine bonus
