Resthaven Murray Bridge Residential Services are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse - Clinical Support for an exciting Part-Time opportunity with a focus on documentation, admissions  and other clinical activities as delegated.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Availability to work permanent part-time - Monday to Friday
• Strong knowledge of ANMC Standards, AN-ACC funding, Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct
• Proven experience in nursing assessments, care planning and care evaluation processes
• Understanding of the accreditation process and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Demonstrated experience in accurate clinical documentation and record keeping
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Understanding of common law affecting nursing practice
• Commitment to person-centered care principles and quality of life outcomes
