Clinical Nurse (relieving)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse, to join our Relieving Clinical team on a permanent full-time basis.  This role involves travelling to all our metropolitan and regional residential aged care homes in a relieving capacity as and when required, to cover Annual/Personal leave as well to offer additional assistance to site teams as required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Registration with AHPRA is essential and minimum 2 years as an RN 
  • Experience and a comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly to aged related health issues. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experiences interacting with a wide range of people
  • Strong leadership skills, able build professional relationships but also work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Current Driving License and ability to travel across all sites is essential (including Port Elliot, Murray Bridge and Mount Gambier).
