What you will need

  • Proven experience in a management role and the ability to highlight your strong leadership skills, build professional relationships but also work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in an aged care environment.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential.\Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in times of change to achieve positive team culture and client service outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal constructively with conflict, mediate, and negotiate acceptable outcomes. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to on-going personal professional development.
  • Previous aged care experience desired but not essential
  • A current drivers' license.
