Residential Support Officer

As a Resthaven Residential Support Offer you will use your skills to provide support to the Residential Services management team regarding continuous improvement and compliance with aged care legislation. 

You will enjoy meeting new people as you work at our service based at Mt Gambier, bringing your passion, skills and knowledge to each team – and picking up new skills along the way.  

We recognise your growth as a professional. Our managers will take the time to listen, coach and mentor you, and actively encourage your continued learning and career progression. This is a permanent part time position working 38 hours per fortnight.

Essential Criteria: 

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Suites and administration systems.  
  • Strong technical skills in operating and database management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and in a team environment 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
