Are you passionate about risk management and compliance and looking for a new opportunity? Apply to join Resthaven as a Risk and Compliance Lead in this permanent full-time role and use your strong analytical skills to support Resthaven maintain their risk and compliance framework and ensure effective risk management practices are utilised across the organisation.  You will have the opportunity to promote a culture of safety, risk and continuous improvement, and share your passion for positive change, and promoting best practice in identifying appropriate controls to mitigate risk.  This role requires travel to, and engagement with all Resthaven sites.

Essential requirements:

  • Qualifications in risk management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and frameworks, including ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard.
  • Proven experience in the implementation and maintenance of risk and compliance frameworks, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or a regulated services environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across multiple levels of an organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Demonstrated ability in quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to distil and communicate ideas, principles and assumptions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a changing environment dealing with multiple tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to pull together executive level briefs and reporting
  • A current driver’s licence is essential to enable travel to all Resthaven facilities, including regional areas.
