About the Role:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and allocation of relief staff to various aged care facilities
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of relief staff
  • Optimising relief pool staff to ensure rosters are cost effective.
  • Communicate roster updates, shift assignments, and other relevant information to relief staff and relevant manager.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of flexible rostering practices.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for covering scheduler shifts when other staff are on leave.

Essential Criteria:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong computer skills and systems oriented
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to undertake a diverse set of tasks.
  • Available to work various shift times across a 7-day roster
