Hughes Recruitment Partners is proud to be partnering with Resthaven, a respected leader in the aged and community services sector in South Australia, to recruit an experienced Senior Manager, ICT Program.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced ICT program professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role leads the ICT program and project management function, ensuring technology investments are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver tangible business outcomes.

The opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a complex portfolio of ICT programs and projects. You will strengthen governance, uplift delivery maturity, and partner closely with executives and business leaders to enable technology-enabled change across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing ICT Program team
  • Establishing, embedding and continuously improving the ICT Project Management Framework
  • Overseeing ICT program delivery, including risks, issues, dependencies and benefits realisation
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into executable outcomes
  • Managing capital and operating budgets across ICT programs and projects
  • Providing expert advice on ICT program governance, planning and change management
  • Contributing to ICT and digital strategy in collaboration with the CTO and leadership team

About you

You are a seasoned ICT program leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery experience. You are comfortable operating at executive level and bring a collaborative, outcomes-focused leadership style.

You will bring:

  • Significant experience leading ICT programs or large-scale projects
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing delivery teams
  • Strong expertise in program and project governance frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience establishing or maturing PMOs or enterprise delivery frameworks
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen across capital and operating budgets
  • Proven ability to lead organisational change and improve service delivery
  • Formal qualifications in project and/or program management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) are essential. Experience in aged care, health or similarly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
