Working at our Resthaven Retirement Living villages across the Western Suburbs, with the home base at The Oaks, (Located at Fulham), the Service Coordinator is responsible for providing domestic cleaning and customer support to the Assistant Manager/Village Business Manager, ensuring the safety and security of residents.

The role is a casual position.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Undertaking domestic and cleaning duties, both in resident rooms and all public areas of the village.
  • Kitchen duties, including the serving of meals.
  • Assisting with social activities as required. 
  • The position also requires the successful candidate to “sleep over” as part of an overnight shift.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in domestic cleaning and/or hospitality
  • Have a strong focus on customer service excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work alone as well as part of a team. 
  • First Aid Certificate, Level 2 including CPR.
