Resthaven Community Services at Berri need a permanent Social Worker to join the team.This role is offered as a 0.6 - to full-time position.

Essential Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work 
• Experience in reviewing procedures and implement new models of service delivery to per client and organisational requirements
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with a wide range of people
• You have an empathetic nature and are committed to supporting the needs of older people
• Current Drivers Licence and Car
