            • Reporting directly to the Executive Manager People and Culture and managing a team that is responsible for leading the workforce planning priorities, this role is responsible for developing and executing market leading attraction and retention strategies, building partnerships with key stakeholders and leading strategic initiatives that advance organisational workforce priorities.
            • Key responsibilities include:
            • Leading the provision of a high-quality business partnering model to establish contemporary workforce planning models and appropriate responses to emerging workforce changes;
            • Overseeing the growth of effective external talent pipelines for critical growth areas using social media campaigns and talent search methods, including LinkedIn recruiter;
            • Managing and overseeing quality and timely recruitment practices including Assessment Centres, screening, interview and selection tools and promotional strategies to leverage traditional and social media sourcing campaigns;
            • Developing talent pipelines strategies in collaboration with Workforce Development that support the priorities of organisational strategic business plans;
            • Understanding and reporting on compliance metrics, to inform strategy and drive successful outcomes across the business;
            • Designing and delivering regular reporting for Senior Leaders and the team for the purpose of workload management, budget management and service improvement.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities, sound attention to detail and a passion for purposeful work will be important.  Previous experience leading a business partnership and/or talent acquisition function in a comparably large organisation is highly regarded.
