Are you passionate about customer service and supporting older people and their families through important life decisions?

Join Resthaven as an Accommodation Enquiries Coordinator based in our modern head office on the edge of the city at Wayville. In this key role, you will guide prospective residents and families through the residential aged care admissions journey, helping them access the right care and accommodation support. Working closely with residential sites and stakeholders, you will build trusted relationships, coordinate accommodation enquiries and contribute to positive customer experiences and occupancy outcomes.

Essential requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of Residential Aged Care legislation, admissions and accommodation processes.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage confidently with older people, families, representatives and stakeholders during sensitive and complex conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
  • Ability to work in a safe manner in accordance with Resthaven Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Current driver’s licence, with some travel required to support Accommodation Enquiries services in regional areas.
