If you enjoy providing great service to clients while using your clerical and administration talents, Resthaven has a Administrative Assistant opportunity with the Resthaven Northern Community Team located at Elizabeth.

This is role is being offered as a full-time 12 month contract position.This diverse and fast paced role encompasses visitor management, reception and administrative duties. Your professionalism and care in answering enquiries from staff and clients will bring personal satisfaction; being part of a positive and respectful workplace.

Essential Criteria 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook at an intermediate level
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience handling cash
  • Have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of our clients
  • Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
  • Financial/accounts background (desirable)
