Resthaven's iconic Mitcham Residential Services is seeking a Clerical Support to join their dynamic administration team on a permanent part-time basis, 64 hours per fortnight working Monday to Friday.

Specialising in roster management, this diverse and fast paced role encompasses responsibilities including rostering, maintaining staff records and training schedules and relieving reception duties.

Essential Criteria: 

  • Administrative skills and experience in rostering, front-of-house reception, and cash handling are desirable.
  • IT skills - Must be fluent with computers and able to learn software quickly, working with rostering and leave programs.
  • Communication skills - Have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Possess strong customer service skills as you will be working with and negotiating with people on a daily basis.
  • Holding a Certificate III In Business Administration is highly desirable
  • Advanced skills in Bookkeeping or accounting would be of advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook at an intermediate level with a typing speed of 45wpm with high accuracy
  • Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
