Join Resthaven as a Customer Support Centre Manager, leading a highly driven customer support team focussed on the delivery of excellent customer experience being the first point of contact for the facilitation of onboarding new clients in a contact centre-based environment. This is a newly created role and team providing a unique opportunity to build this from the ground up. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, and a motor vehicle is included as part of salary packaging.

  Essential requirements

  • A demonstrated understanding of call centre management principles and approaches,
  • A strong understanding of administrative, financial, and reporting systems in an electronic environment essential.
  • Possess an understanding of: Human resource management principles and practices including performance development, talent management, staff counselling, and discipline.
  • A good understanding of and/or a willingness to support community aged care compliance requirements.
  • A good understanding of and/or a willingness to develop skills in working with artificial intelligence (AI) and records and information management in an electronic environment.
  • Solid experience in stakeholder management in a complex operating environment.
  • Proven experience in demonstrating leadership and team building skills including recruitment, induction, coaching, performance development, and discipline.
  • Ability to consult with staff and maintain an inclusive consistent decision-making process.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment, including the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Display qualities, professional conduct, and positive attitude consistent with Resthaven’s Values.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, and flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and managing competing demands.
  • Occasional work outside of normal work hours due to 24/7 services as well as intrastate travel.
