We’re looking for a talented Finance Business Partner – Community Services to join our finance team, based at our modern head office in Wayville.

In this role, you will be a key member of the finance team, partnering closely with our Community Services division. You will bring your expertise in financial budgeting, forecasting and analysis to support informed decision-making across the business. Working closely with Community Service Managers, you will use your strong communication and partnering skills to provide strategic insights that drive performance and positive outcomes.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering the chance to make a real impact. Your contribution will help support services that improve the lives of older people, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.

You will have

  • Qualification in Finance/Accounting with five years post graduate work experience.
  • Membership of a Professional Accounting Body such as CPA, CA or equivalent.
  • Experience with computerised accounting systems.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including an advanced working knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial and accounting reports report/amend discrepancies.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
