Bring your expert Human Resources skills and knowledge, partnering with our business areas to ensure exceptional customer service, support organisational performance and a positive work environment. This position involves occasional work outside of normal work hours due to 24/7 services as well as essential travel, including interstate travel and travel between Head Office and Resthaven sites/ offices, to support service delivery and operational requirements. The role requires flexibility in work location and hours, including short-notice travel.  This is a permanent full-time opportunity.  Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders across the organisation providing coaching, solutions, tools and guidance
• Provide timely day to day HR advice and support
• Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
• Analyse trends and metrics and provide to key stakeholder groups
• Work collaboratively with the HR team
• Support management interpretation of Resthaven’s policies and procedures
• Ensure good understanding of the business and foster a culture of collaboration, resilience, and alignment with organisational values.

You will have:

• Generalist HR Business Partnering experience.
• Understanding of contemporary HR strategies, methodologies, tools, and trends.
• Demonstrable experience in developing, establishing, and implementing innovative methods of service delivery relating to human resource management functions and activities.
• Experience in providing a high-level Industrial Relations/Employee Relations consultancy service.
• Demonstrable experience in conducting effective negotiations and consultation with unions, employee representatives, management, and staff to achieve satisfactory outcomes and objectives.
• Undertaking business process and quality improvement initiatives to achieve specified outcomes.
• Advanced interpersonal skills, including presentation, facilitation, consultation, negotiation, coaching and engagement.
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• A current, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence is a mandatory requirement of this role and must be always maintained.
