An exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing Coordinator to join the friendly team at Resthaven Paradise Residential Services on a full-time fixed term basis, working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:06pm. This is a maternity leave coverage role ending in June 2027.

As a Resthaven Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be rewarded on a daily basis, as you see the difference you make to each resident’s quality of life.

Your creativity ideas, experience and relevant qualifications will be respected by your colleagues as you plan, coordinate and deliver a Lifestyle program that meets residents’ needs.

You’ll also work with supportive colleagues who look forward to brainstorming and sharing new concepts with you.

Essential Criteria

  • Certificate IV in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure) and/or relevant qualification at Certificate IV level
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Wellbeing Coordinator or similar role 
  • Assessment skills to identify individual and group activity needs.
  • Ability to plan, implement and evaluate a range of activities and the wellbeing program overall.
