Join Resthaven as a Quality and Risk Partner in this permanent full-time opportunity based at our modern head office in Wayville.  Using your strong analytical skills, you will maintain risk registers and ensure effective risk management practices are in place across the organisation.  Your outstanding communication skills will be essential in promoting a culture of safety and risk awareness supporting compliance with aged care quality standards and a culture of continuous improvement across Resthaven.  This role will require travel to all Resthaven sites including regional areas.

Your experience and capabilities in this important role will help ensure you are contributing to improving the lives of older people and working with a great team at Resthaven!

Essential requirements:

  • Qualifications in risk management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the implementation and maintenance of Risk Management Framework, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or a regulated services environment, including managing and verifying the effect of risk controls and monitoring the progress of risk treatments
  • Ability to plan and facilitate risk reviews and risk workshops.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across multiple levels of an organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to distil and communicate ideas, principles and assumptions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a changing environment dealing with multiple tasks consistently and meeting deadlines
  • A current driver’s licence is essential to enable travel to all Resthaven facilities, including regional areas
