Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding leadership position?

Join our team at Resthaven as a Care Coordinator in a relieving capacity working across all of our metropolitan and regional residential aged care homes in a permanent full-time capacity. You will cover annual/Personal leave as well as to offer additional assistance to site teams as required. Your communication skills and background experience will be essential in delivering professional standards of contemporary best practice nursing and care services. You will coordinate effective and collaborative working arrangements with multidisciplinary teams providing leadership to the nursing staff and Personal Care Assistants. A current drivers' licence will be essential to travel across services with an option to salary package a car.

Essential Criteria:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse 
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff to achieve organisational goals
  • Previous leadership experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively 
  • Able to recognise clinical risk and implement effective strategies
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • You have an understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to caring for older people
  • Current Driving License and ability to travel across all sites is essential (including Port Elliot, Murray Bridge and Mount Gambier).
