Expression of Interest – Personal Care Assistant - Permanent Part-Time (PPT) Relieving Pool

We are seeking expressions of interest from current Relief Pool Personal Care Workers who would like to transition into a Permanent Part-Time (PPT) position within the Relief Pool.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain the security of a permanent role while still experiencing the variety that comes with working across different sites.

You'll have consistent hours and the benefits of a permanent part-time position, while continuing to build meaningful connections, grow your skills, and make a difference in the lives of residents across our sites.

 Key Requirements & Conditions

 Availability

There is a required minimum of 4 shifts per fortnight; and

• Must be available for shifts Monday to Friday
• Preference for morning shifts (07:00 – 15:00)

 Site Allocations are fixed and non-negotiable: You will be assigned to one of the following regional groups:

• Northern: Craigmore / Paradise / Leabrook
• Central: Malvern / Mitcham / Westbourne Park
• Southern: Marion / Aberfoyle Park / Bellevue Heights

 Shift Allocation

• Your contract will outline set days and times. However, the specific site location may not be confirmed until the day of the shift.
